Hill's Pet is seeking a passionate and dynamic CRM Analyst to join the Hill's Pet US Digital Engagement team. This role will be responsible for reporting performance and insights of our CRM programs, channels, and campaigns including cross channel consumer lifecycle marketing journeys, acquisition, activation, retention, and reactivation strategies.
What you will do
Conduct routine analysis and report on performance of acquisition sources, lifecycle journeys, push campaigns, and cross-channel targeting.
Create presentations to showcase past performance with internal and external stakeholders
Utilize current reporting dashboards and create custom dashboards
Identify opportunities to capture more data either explicitly, inferrably, or through assigning new metadata to acquisition sources.
Work with IT on modeling of data for performance dashboard visualizations
Develop and implement reporting process and cadence for cross-functional stakeholders
Provide actionable insights to cross-functional stakeholders with strategic recommendations for optimizations to campaigns or journeys.
Assist to set benchmarks and objectives for key performance indicators
Determine testing & learning agenda for closing gaps on insights needed for strategic decisions
Stay up to date and apply latest CRM analytics trends and reporting tools
Share learnings and success stories with Global counterparts and other Colgate divisions
Actively participate in CRM communities and conferences to gather external thought leadership
Performs other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree Bachelor's Degree in marketing, analytics, or other relevant fields of study
Previous experience working in CRM analytics or digital marketing performance reporting
Previous experience being hands-on and providing recommendations for extracting, reconciling, and modeling data out of multiple sources including but not limited to Salesforce Marketing Cloud, CDP, Snowflake, GCP, and Google Analytics
Must have expert level SQL experience
Highly comfortable with raw and unstructured data sources
Previous experience in creating data schemas
Previous experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Domo, Interaction Studio, Google Cloud, Big Query, LiveRamp and other identity resolution solutions
Strong technical writing skills and ability to document all work in a meticulous and accurate manner
Vendor relationship management experience
Ability to work independently and with little supervision
Proven ability to retrieve information from a variety of sources using a variety of approaches and tools
Strong analytical skills including data analysis, modeling, and mining
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills; proven ability to develop and initiate creative innovations and solutions
Must be a team-oriented individual who can share information, goals, opportunities, successes, and failures with the appropriate parties.
Ability to organize, plan, and carry out multiple related activities

Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range $73,000.00 - $100,000.00 USD
Pay is based on multiple non-discriminatory, individualized factors including but not limited to experience, job-related knowledge and education, skills and office / market location.
In addition to base salary, salaried employees are eligible for annual discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing and, for Executive-level (salary grade 16 and above) roles only, long-term incentives in the form of Restricted Stock Units and / or Stock Options.
Subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable benefits plans then in effect, all salaried employees are also eligible for a competitive benefits package which includes :
