Responsibilities :
- Greet patients with a warm smile and excellent customer service.
- Answer phones and schedule appointments for patients and potential new patients.
- Assist in treatment planning and breakdown of medical insurance.
Requirements :
- Experience working in the dental field.
- Fluency in English and Spanish (Bilingual proficiency is a must).
- Proficiency with Opendental software is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
