Job Title : Lead AI Test Automation Engineer
We are looking for a Lead AI Test Automation Engineer who is excited about building quality AI solutions and energized about making a large impact for users and ultimately the patients of Novo Nordisk.

Main Responsibilities :
- Create and own the test strategy for the software product
- Write and maintain automated tests for various software components
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure software meets quality standards
- Communicate with stakeholders, including product managers, to understand requirements and ensure test coverage
- Stay up to date with the latest testing tools and technologies
- Integrate testing activities throughout the entire product life cycle
- Utilize frameworks for UI testing
We Are Looking For :
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a similar area
- 7+ years of experience in software testing, with a focus on automated testing
- Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks and tools (UI)
- Experience with test-driven development and continuous integration
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Typescript, or JavaScript
- Familiarity with CI / CD pipelines
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and scalable code
- Understanding of software development principles and methodologies
- Professional collaborative software engineering experience with Git, peer reviews
- Proficiency in cloud platforms Azure and / or AWS
Nice to Have :
- Data integration knowledge is a plus
- User research or UX experience is a plus
- Basic knowledge of AI is a plus
