DSP Weekend Live-Ins

Fraser is hiring motivated and compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSP’s) to work Full or Part-time with our clients in a group setting within our group homes and apartments with a flexible schedule.

This position would be working directly with clients, doing everything from helping out with activities of daily living, personal care, and planning activities in the community.

Responsibilities :

In this role, you will have the opportunity to help clients with :

• Medication administration
• Activities of Daily Living (ADL’s)
• Money management
• Treatment documentation
• Personal care (such as bathing, toileting, feeding, etc.) in the group homes
• Meal preparation (must be willing to handle all types of food)
• Planning and transportation to / from activities
• Community integration

Fraser Offers :

$17.00 -$19.00 / hour pay with a valid drivers license (plus meals on some shifts) Weekend shift differential ($1.00 added to base pay rate for hours worked 10pm Friday through 9am Monday).

If an employee works overtime in a week where the weekend shift differential is applied, the shift differential rate will be factored into a blended overtime rate.

Available Locations and Schedules :

• Fraser is currently hiring for Full or Part-Time staff.
• Variety of different locations throughout the Twin Cities Metro. Hours vary by location; all potential scheduling options will be discussed during the phone interview.

Requirements :

• Valid Minnesota Driver’s License with acceptable record (non-driving roles also available).
• Ability to pass DHS background study.
• Physical ability to lift / carry up to 50 lbs.
