- gather information on competitors services products pricing sales and methods of marketing and distribution; collect and analyze data on customers including their demographics preferences and sales history;
use gathered data to identify potential opportunities for expansion / targeted marketing; analyze data of current marketing strategies and make recommendations to help management make datadriven decisions and optimize promotional initiatives.
