As our newest entry level insurance sales representative you will sell, market, and service our insurance products to existing clients and new customers.
As a full-time sales representative you will help individuals, families, and small businesses secure their tomorrows. We can accept both onsite and remote workers, but remote workers will require an initial onsite training period.
Jobe pays an hourly rate plus generous comissions.

Responsibilities
- Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
- Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
- Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.
- Share training and education knowledge and expertise with team members.
- Serve and meet the customers needs.
Requirement

- A Property & Casualty license is preferred but will train a good individual.
- Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude.
- Preference given to those with bilingual skills. Not required, but we do need Spanish speakers in the agency!
