We are seeking an Administrative / Project Specialist to join our clients team in Cleveland, Ohio. This role is full time and fully on site.
Responsibilities :
- Audit customer accounts across various platforms to ensure alignment and accuracy
- Regularly update team members on tasks that need completion for clients
- Manage customer communication channels effectively, including email and phone management
- Assist with mail distribution and filing tasks
- Utilize Microsoft Excel for data entry and other related tasks
- Manage calendars and keep track of important dates and deadlines
- Take on project management tasks, ensuring all team members stay on track with their tasks
- Assist the VP and CEO as and when required
- Eventually take on invoicing / billing tasks, with prior experience in this area being a plus, but not a requirement as training will be provided
- Use Formal Project Management and Administrative Assistance skills to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Must possess skills in project management and administrative functions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is necessary
- Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems is essential
- Excellent customer communication skills are required
Strong organizational and time management skills are necessary
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
