Pay is up to $20 / hr to start for inexperienced hires during training process. Once training is completed average inspectors typically earn $5080K / year plus full benefits.
Responsibilities :
Energy inspections and testing of new residential homes (training provided)
Review and analyze blueprints schematics and other construction documents
Support the construction management team in monitoring project progress and ensuring compliance with contracts and specifications
Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement in construction processes and quality assurance
Specialized skills / certifications needed :
- Construction or technical background preferred but not required.
- Resnet certification preferred but not required
No experience required.
Must pass background check have valid drivers license and own working vehicle.
