About the role

As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will be part of the team responsible for upholding Range's high talent bar as we experience continued exponential growth.

This person will own the recruiting lifecycle from beginning to end and partner closely with our software engineering leadership.

This is an opportunity to be a highly valued member of a dynamic team where no task is too big nor too small.

What you'll do with us

  • Manage full lifecycle recruiting processes for a variety of technical roles
  • Partner with technical leaders to create and act on top of funnel strategies
  • Create thoughtful outreach messaging to attract top talent
  • Develop a deep understanding of Range's platform, mission, and values and be able to communicate effectively to candidates
  • Provide a world class candidate experience
  • Maintain organized and accurate metrics related to talent acquisition
  • Effectively lead and contribute to broader company initiatives

What will set you apart

  • 7+ years' experience owning full-lifecycle technical recruiting
  • Demonstrated success in sourcing your own pipelines and creating top of funnel strategies
  • Deep experience and knowledge of software engineering talent profiles with a focus on modern technologies
  • Experience partnering with technical leadership to hire the best talent
  • Experience hiring technical talent at a high growth start up
