Job Description :
Under the supervision of the Production Area Lead, the Wax Injector position is accountable for :
- This position is responsible for shooting dies
- Meeting cell production needs
- Responsible for quality of the patterns you shoot
- Responsible for showing the supervisor first pattern you shoot on each setup
- Responsible for parameters set in machine
- Able to get tooling from shelves and setup on the machine
- Able to read the Quality Book, and sheets for each job
- Responsible for making sure when putting tooling away there is a storage bolt or bolts in tool. If there is not a storage hole in tool, tooling must put one in
- Responsible for keeping the machine and tooling clean
