Overview :
- To ensure success, the medical front office specialist should possess extensive experience in medical office administration and the ability to interact with patients
- A first-class medical office specialist should be an administrative expert who can create an efficient and patient-centered environment
- Exceptional ability to create a welcoming and patient-centered environment
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Knowledge of basic medical terminology
- Extensive experience in maintaining patient files and updating electronic health records
- Experience in processing payment
- Ability to verify medical insurance information
- Knowledge of insurance prior authorizations for in office procedures
3-5 Must Have Skills / Qualifications
- Must have ECW experience : 2-3 years
- Must be able to reliably commute
- Must have experience in a fast paced environment
