Job Title : Outside Sales Representative
Job Summary :
An Outside Sales Representative actively seeks, acquires, and nurtures client relationships to sell products or services for a company.
They operate in the field, meeting clients in person, often traveling extensively to achieve sales goals.
Key Responsibilities :
Prospecting and Lead Generation :
Identify and research potential clients in the assigned area. Create leads via methods like cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research.
Product Knowledge :
Stay up to date on product / service offerings, industry trends, and competitors to effectively highlight advantages to clients.
Market Research :
Continuously monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to spot opportunities and threats.
Sales Presentations :
Conduct in-person meetings, deliver persuasive sales presentations, and conduct product demonstrations for potential clients.
Customize presentations to address customer inquiries or objections.
Negotiation and Closing Deals :
Negotiate terms and prices with clients to finalize sales agreements. Close deals and secure customer commitments.
Account Management :
Maintain client relationships, attract new prospects, ensure satisfaction, and resolve issues promptly.
Customer Service :
Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally to maintain high satisfaction.
Achieving Sales Targets :
Achieve sales targets and quotas, develop strategies to exceed goals set by the company.
Travel :
Travel to meet clients within the designated sales territory, attend trade shows, and participate in industry events.

Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven track record of successful sales experience, preferably in a similar outside sales role.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to work independently.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Results-oriented and self-motivated with a focus on achieving sales targets.
- Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Must have experience in the C-store, vape and tobacco industry.
- Background in B2B sales is preferred.

Salary : $4,200 per month
