Job Description
Responsibilities / Duties
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key partners to support Catalyst and Andrew’s Medicine Innovation Strategy
- Provide support to bridge gap between business & key partnerships
- Liaison with partners to communicate needs and solve issues
- Analyze and report on partner initiatives
- Collaborate with key stakeholders across strategic focus areas
- Provide Account Management support to key partners to ensure critical work continues and escalate issues when necessary.
- Assist in development and execution of plans that support strategic growth
- Manage delivery of deliverables and solutions across a portfolio of projects and teams
- Design processes and implement standards for Business Development and Innovation
- Maintain comprehensive understanding of Catalyst and Andrews Medicine - strategy, structure, organization with ability to connect, shape and define Catalyst and Andrew’s strategic direction.
- Provide public speaking and formal presentations for client groups and external parties

Other Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Minimum of 7 years of professional work experience in client relationship management, business development in professional services, and / or strategy management or development
- Exceptional relationship management skills and the ability to build and grow connections with people of all types and backgrounds
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Independent critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills
- Comfortable and confident using technology as an integral part of the partnership management process
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to keep multiple projects and client engagements active at once
- Comfort with ambiguity and ability to navigate uncertainty
