Responsibilities :
- Interpret and communicate technical specifications to clients by reading and analyzing blueprints, CAD files, and mechanical drawings
- Manage projects from planning through delivery, coordinating timelines, budgets, and quality with internal teams to meet client expectations
- Drive business development and expand our market presence by identifying, pursuing, and securing new customer opportunities within target industries
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing expert guidance and support to foster customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Develop and manage detailed proposals and quotes, ensuring accurate pricing, timelines, and product specifications
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams on costing, production processes, and project management to ensure seamless delivery
Qualifications :
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering or a closely related field
- Proficiency in blueprint and CAD reading with experience in product design and mechanical specifications
- Experience in a manufacturing sales or technical sales role, with a background in project management and customer service
- Strong budgeting, forecasting, and cost management skills, including familiarity with commodity purchasing and contract negotiation
- Proven ability to identify and cultivate new market opportunities, manage customer relationships, and contribute to sales growth
