Responsibilities :
- Interpret and communicate technical specifications to clients by reading and analyzing blueprints CAD files and mechanical drawings
- Manage projects from planning through delivery coordinating timelines budgets and quality with internal teams to meet client expectations
- Drive business development and expand our market presence by identifying pursuing and securing new customer opportunities within target industries
- Build and maintain strong client relationships providing expert guidance and support to foster customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Develop and manage detailed proposals and quotes ensuring accurate pricing timelines and product specifications
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams on costing production processes and project management to ensure seamless delivery
Qualifications :
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering or a closely related field
- Proficiency in blueprint and CAD reading with experience in product design and mechanical specifications
- Experience in a manufacturing sales or technical sales role with a background in project management and customer service
- Strong budgeting forecasting and cost management skills including familiarity with commodity purchasing and contract negotiation
- Proven ability to identify and cultivate new market opportunities manage customer relationships and contribute to sales growth
