Description
St. Bernard High School (SBHS) has an immediate opening for Head Cheer Coach.
The successful candidate will manage and lead a competitive high school cheer program that includes mentoring and building character, competing at the highest level, designing and executing training programs to position athletes favorably to earn college scholarships, and fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.

Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience as a Head Cheer Coach or assistant coach is highly desired.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
Wage Range
The rate of pay offered to the selected candidate is based on internal pay policy and budget. New hires are commonly paid at the minimum of the wage range or within the lower part of the range.
We consider a number of factors when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, training and other department needs.
