What You’ll Do as the Intake Assessment Clinician :
As an Intake Assessment Clinician at our Outpatient (Adult and Child & Adolescent) and Addictions services, the primary responsibilities will include :
- Complete comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments for clients of all ages presenting for mental health and substance use services in an outpatient setting
- Join clients and families in developing strengths-based individualized treatment goals
- Make referrals to services following assessment
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team that includes the client, family, referral sources, and other providers within Oaklawn
- Some evening hours are expected

Minimum Hiring Requirements :
- LSW, LMHC-A, LMFT-A required
- LCSW, LMHC, LMFT preferred
