Note : This is a hybrid or remote position (Dallas, TX) , with associates required to make at least two court appearances per month initially, with opportunities to increase as needed, covering locations between Dallas and Houston.
The base salary is $125,000 to $170,000, depending on experience. With bonuses, the total target income would be approximately double the base salary.

Job Description :
- Support general civil litigation docket with an emphasis on plaintiff-side employment law.
- Handle cases from inception to resolution, ensuring comprehensive management of all matters.
- Represent clients in federal court, with a focus on employment law cases.
- Make at least two court appearances per month, with the potential to increase as needed.
- Collaborate with clients and colleagues to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
Qualifications
Qualifications :
- Licensed to practice law in Texas with a current Texas Bar license.
- Minimum of 3 years of recent litigation experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of recent employment law experience.
- Strong understanding of rules of procedure and evidence.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle a full docket and manage cases independently.
