To be considered for the role of Permanent Director of Business Development, candidates must possess :
1. A Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or a related field.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a business development role within the construction industry.
3. Proven experience in identifying and developing strategic business development plans.
4. Strong leadership skills with a record of managing high-performing teams.
5. Excellent negotiation and deal-closing abilities.
