Responsibilities
What you would do in this role :
- Learn the GEICO products and how to sell our benefits to potential customers.
- Quoting and closing prospect sales leads with superior service.
- Engaging new prospects and following up on leads.
- Leads provided by Agent. NO COLD CALLING.
- Service existing accounts and ensure customers make buying decisions armed with the right amount of information.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities during retention calls.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Be outstanding at relationship building.
- Must be able to work 10 : 30-5 : 00 pm Shift Monday- Friday with potential to move to 9-5 after licensing and training completed.

- Up to 75% of your day may be on the phone, a high-energy personality and a love of working with people is a must.
- A knack for remembering data and details.
- A talent for dealing with difficult customers.
- Strong computer skills to learn and work within multiple quoting systems.
- Punctual with the ability to stay and work a quote to its completion.

Qualifications and Skills
- GA Insurance Producer License Preferred. Employer is willing to pay expense to obtain the license for the right candidate.
- Highly motivated and self-driven
- High level of dependability
- Prior sales experience and strong customer service background is preferred
- Background and credit check required for employment.
