EssentialDuties
- Create estimates purchase orders and invoices
- Input and manage orders in accounting software
- Coordinate delivery schedules with clients and managedeliveryrelated tasks
- Translate contractsproduct specifications and other documents between Japanese andEnglish
- Assist with website updates andimprovements
- Track and manage customerprogress and followups
- Provide generaladministrative support for employees and assist businesstravelers

Qualifications
- 13 years of administrative or sales supportexperience
- Fluency in Japanese and English(reading writing and speaking)
- Strongorganizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software is aplus
- Ability to work in a fastpacedenvironment and handle multiple tasks
