Serra Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Lake Orion is seeking a full-time Automotive Service Advisor to add to our growing Dealership team.
Previous Service Advisor experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
As a Service Advisor, you will build and maintain customer relationships, provide excellent customer service and guide our clients through the maintenance and repair process for their vehicles.

Responsibilities
Ensure our clients receive a prompt and courteous service experience.
Act as the point of contact between the repair technicians and the client.
Keep clients informed during the repair process.
Requirement
Previous experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate for our team.
