As a Senior Product Manager in the People Product organization, you will have the opportunity to bring your ideas to life, work on 0->

Responsibilities :

• Associate-Centric Approach : You will be responsible for undertaking various initiatives that improve the experiences of our associates.
• Product Development : Develop new features and enhance existing capabilities that improve the associate journey with Walmart's internal platforms.
• Problem Solving : You will be the point person for executive escalations, providing quick analysis and short as well as long-term fixes.
• Innovation : Build innovative technical products to solve complex problems using cutting-edge technology.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work across different teams within Walmart and evaluate partnerships with external vendors.

Qualifications :

• Data-driven decision-making skills
• Customer obsession and the ability to develop solutions that delight them
• Self-starter with a strong attention to detail and an ability to deal with ambiguity
• Comfortable working with software engineers to develop scalable solutions
• Experience working with UX designers to create intuitive experiences
• Experience in process design
• Comfortable engaging with various stakeholders of varying levels across multiple domains
• Organized, disciplined, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Comfortable dealing with ambiguity
• Stimulated by challenges and ready to engage at Fortune 1 scale

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities.

Programs range from high school completion to bachelor's degrees, including English Language Learning and short-form certificates.

Tuition, books, and fees are completely paid for by Walmart. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.

Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to a specific plan or program terms.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...

Option 1 : Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 5 years’ experience in product management.

Option 2 : 7 years’ experience in product management or related area.

Preferred Qualifications...

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 4 years’ experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B / C products.
