As a Manager, Product Development & Sourcing - Outdoor Hardware you will be responsible for designing working prototypes of a variety of proposed products or services with a focus on quality that will exceed or member expectations.
Supervising the management of multiple and diverse type’s products or services. Creating and introducing new techniques that expedite or simplify the development process.
Developing proof of concept exercises to prove or disprove validity of proposed products through testing and member feedback.
You know your supplier and member needs better than anyone else and are constantly thinking about what is next for your business.
Success in this role requires tenacity, a member mindset, focus on quality, influence, and a competitive spirit. You’ll use your executive presence to work with suppliers and cross functional team members at all levels and navigate interesting, complex challenges.

You will be responsible for advising on the appropriate solutions to complex product design and development problems. Developing organizational standards and processes in order to maximize complex product services' efficiency and effectiveness.

- You have Experience with Product Development and Sourcing, with emphasis in the Grills, Outdoor Heating, or other Outdoor Living products category
- You’re customer-centric in spirit and in execution
- You have a competitive spirit of being in front of trend and innovation

- You’re excited about solving complex challenges
- You’re comfortable influencing others, leading teams, managing stakeholders, getting buy-in from leadership, and communicating clearly

You’ll make an impact by :
- Advising on how to use new methodologies and technologies in designing and implementing technical design.
- Solving problems that occur in designing and implementing a product development strategy, while maintaining relationships with all product development strategy stakeholders.
- Developing and maintaining packaging and sustainability standards to meet commitment to community engagement
- Building, maintaining and enhancing effective internal and external partnerships through demonstrated integrity
- Influencing outcomes and assisting in communicating shared goals with diverse groups and parties
- Identifying and addressing additional partner needs and educate them on value creation.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
Minimum Qualifications...
3 year's experience in merchandising, sourcing, planning, finance, or related field.
