- Base salary of $55,000-$70,000, plus bonuses.

What You’ll Be Doing :
As a Technical Field Services Technician, you’ll :
Troubleshoot and support IT solutions onsite, including computers, servers, networking, firewalls, cybersecurity, and cloud services.
You may also assist with installing these solutions, too.
- Handle advanced technical challenges confidently, providing clients with worry-free technology solutions.
- Collaborate with the Help Desk team to solve escalated issues and ensure seamless tech operations for clients.
Hours
- 8AM- 5PM
- Monday - Friday
- Monthly On Call Rotation
What We’re Looking For :
- Experience : You’ve managed onsite technical issues before and have the confidence to troubleshoot Windows, networking, and hardware challenges.
- Technical Expertise : You’re familiar with TCP / IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and other networking fundamentals.
- Hands-On Skills : From hardware upgrades to network installations, you’re comfortable working with tools and technology.
