Cybertools is looking for an experienced Tier 3 Technician with excellent customer service skills to maintain and support our client IT systems.

You will work with evolving technology daily as well as a variety of networks and clients. This opportunity allows you to get into an established, growing company and take advantage of the opportunities that will arise as we continue to expand.

Responsibilities :

  • Provide remote and on-site support for client networks
  • Server administration and support
  • Provide technical support to end-users for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
  • Respond to help desk tickets in a timely manner that are escalated form lower tier technicians
  • Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues
  • Set up and maintain local area networks (LAN) and virtual private networks (VPN)
  • Troubleshoot and solve technical issues related to hardware and software
  • Implement and maintain network security across the entire network
  • Monitor, and maintain backup solutions
  • Document technical procedures and create user guides
  • Ensure data security and backup procedures are followed
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware, software, and peripherals

Technical Skills and Traits Needed

  • 6 years previous experience as a help desk / network technician / systems admin
  • Proficient in Windows operating systems
  • Strong knowledge of computer networking principles and protocols
  • Experience with ticketing systems for issue tracking
  • Familiarity with IT infrastructure components such as servers, switches, routers, etc
  • Ability to provide desktop support for software installations, upgrades, and troubleshooting
  • Office 365 administration experience
