A company is looking for a Help Desk Technician to support Unison PRISM users in a remote capacity.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide help desk support for Unison PRISM acquisition software via phone calls and ticketsCreate and manage tickets in the online ticketing system, ensuring detailed documentationResolve issues or coordinate with higher-level support as needed, adhering to Help Desk guidelinesRequired QualificationsOne year of experience with PRISM v7Ability to solve basic application issues related to routing, roles, requisitions, and contractsExperience with interfaces between PRISM and a financial system, preferably MomentumUnderstanding of the procurement life cycle process as managed within PRISMUS Citizen with the ability to obtain basic EPA clearance (Public Trust equivalent)
