Description :
In the role, you'd focus on resolving and settling no-fault claims in the state of New York. With the support of over 100+ attorneys, along with supportive legal professionals, this individual will be responsible for organizing and tracking all relevant claim information, along with all associated administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities :
- Work directly with insurance companies to process data entry of claims, medical records, and vendor bills
- Process insurance claims, refund checks, & claim checks
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and answering all relevant phone calls
Qualifications :
- 4+ years of relevant experience
- Strong understanding of Regulation 68, New York No-Fault Arbitration, & No-Fault Claims process
- Understanding of medical reports and medical terminology
- Ability to understand legal concepts and legal terminology
- Familiarity of worker compensation fee schedule
Salary :
$60,000 - $80,000
