Relief Staff, Genesis House
Provides overnight watch and weekend supervision of clients. May assist staff on other areas of daily program needs as designated by the Senior Program Officer.
Performs nightly room checks and attends to the general safety and well-being of clients and facility.
Qualifications : Relief Staff must be responsible and knowledgeable in program rules. Must have demonstrated problem-solving skills and be able to assist staff in handling a variety of situations.
Relief Staff is required to work within defined limits, subject to direct instruction. Must be able to relate to persons of varied backgrounds and have enough recovery knowledge to work supportively with other treatment staff.
Candidates for this position must have documented completion from an alcohol and / or drug treatment program and have one year sobriety form alcohol and other drugs.
Knowledge of Addiction & Recovery highly desired*
Pay $21.00-$25.53 per hour DOE. Additional 5% bilingual stipend
