In addition to eICU Healthcare Assistant job duties, the HCA team leader provides guidance, instruction, mentorship and coaching to team members as needed.
The HCA team leader promotes unit and organizational goals and initiatives in collaboration with leadership colleagues. The HCA team lead will be responsible for balancing staff schedule to meet the needs of the eICU and submit to director or designee for approval prior to posting.
The HCA team lead will be asked to perform other duties as needed to meet the needs of the program.
