We’re a small but growing company that is looking for a team dedicated to helping make our customers succeed.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quote Specialist to manage our product quoting processes and provide exceptional support to our customers.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and efficient quotes while leading customer support initiatives to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and manage comprehensive quoting processes for DSP software and hardware products, including custom orders.
- Collaborate with our field applications, engineering, and product teams to gather necessary information and ensure quote accuracy.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide detailed product information and assistance.
- Manage internal tools like JIRA and Zendesk to enhance customer support experience, and internal communication flow.
- Prepare regular reports on quoting activities and customer support metrics for management review.
Qualifications :
- Great customer service attitude, and problem-solving capability.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in quoting, sales support, or a similar role in a technology-driven industry.
- Excellent communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
US citizenship is required for all our positions.
