What We Do
We’re looking for a detail-oriented individual who takes initiative, is a team player, is looking to learn new things, and wants a solid career path.
In this role you will work in a dynamic, fast-paced setting supporting our Land Acquisition Escrow Department. Job duties include but are not limited to answering phones, opening orders, setting up wires, ordering payoffs, reviewing title reports, sending out closing packages, receipting in funds, recording packages, supporting escrow officers, compiling and sending out Purchase Agreements.
This position plays a key role in transforming the commercial real estate experience by empowering our employees and customers to deliver next-generation solutions and results.
What You'll Do :
- Assist in the escrow process for simple and complex commercial transactions such as preparing documents for closing, inputting closing statement information, and handling disbursement and follow-up
- Communicate regularly with customers during the escrow process; adapts communication style as needed
- Interpret various agreements as they relate to escrow closings
- Work with innovative technologies to enable escrow transactions and communicates with customers to provide a phenomenal customer experience

- General ability to use Windows, Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams) and ability to quickly adapt to new software applications and technologies
- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years of escrow-related experience preferred
Pay Range : $19.01-$26.05 hourly
This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
