We are seeing rapid growth within the site / civil market and are looking for candidates to help us capitalize on these opportunities.

The project work will be multi-disciplinary in nature relating to public and private civil / site design projects, federal design projects and planning efforts.

This role will present significant career growth opportunities for the right individuals. Engineering Intern License required, Professional Engineering License Preferred.

If candidate does not have Professional Engineering License, ability to achieve a PE within 6 months is required. This position can be based in the Dover, DE or New Castle, DE offices.

Job Responsibilities :

• Utilize Civil 3D including alignments, profiles and grading features to produce engineered construction plans and sheet set ups
• Variety of AutoCAD or Civil 3D Plans, maps, and bills of materials
• Work in conjunction with civil engineers and project leaders to develop engineering designs
• Follow internal and / or client procedures and standards
• Lead project meetings with internal staff, clients, and agencies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail, innovative problem-solving skills
• Ability to work as a team player, take direction, and interact well with others

Position Requirements :

• Civil Engineering Degree Required
• Engineering Intern Required, PE Preferred (ability to gain PE within six months)
