Responsibilities
1. Management of the settlement account including wire entry.
2. Preparation of settlement statements and / or disbursement statements for commercial / residential acquisitions and refinances.
3. Reconciliation of files in title software program.
4. Tracking of post-closing escrows and file balances.
5. Perform various technical clerical tasks, i.e. file scanning.
6. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the escrow / title industry field.
7. Keeps current with market trends and demands.
8. Performs other functionally related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Required :
- Must be a quick learner, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced high volume.
- Skilled at working with urgency and deadlines, handling confidential and time sensitive material to ensure turnaround times meet requirements.
- Knowledge of Excel and QuickBooks.
