Apply now for theposition of Finance Automation & Data Analyst , and you will be responsiblefor mapping, maintaining and transitioning business automations (Windhuttles / Scriptings / Dashboards / RPAs / SAPdevelopments) from SAP P40 / 41 to SAP P58 for NAM DX, in addition to drive dataquality for P58 data migration.

Your role :

• You will be map, maintainand transitioning business automations from SAP P40 / 41 to SAP P58
• You will drive data cleansing initiatives to ensuredata quality for P58 data migration
• You will develop, drive& execute digital solutions within the Diagnostics Finance Organizationespecially within Business Performance Controlling, including robotics processautomation, analytics and advanced analytics, visualization software,artificial intelligence, and machine learning
• You will be responsibleto support Digital projects by applying your digitalization skills to implementthose by applying suitable digital solutions;

this also includes the support ofcross-functional projects when opportunities arise

• You will be responsiblefor defining and guiding the tool / app strategy within Diagnostics Finance andevaluate new tools / apps with regards to their benefit in improving the Financeperformance
• You will supportcross-functional business Digitalization and Data projects within the Financefunction
• You are responsible fordriving, measuring, and reporting the digital progress of the Finance function

Your expertise :

• You have completedstudies in Finance, Business Administration, Project Management, or relatedfields and have at least five years of relevant experience in DigitalTransformation or Digitalization roles
• You have the demonstratedability to lead and execute business improvement projects as well astechnological solutions in a large-scale global matrix organization
• You have experience withvisualization (e.g. PowerBI, QlikSense, ...) and automation tools (e.g. UIPath,KNIME, RPAs, Windshuttle, Scripting.
• as well as knowledge in advancedanalytics (AI, ML, ...)
• You are expert in SAPP40 / 41 and can easily navigate through SAP development and their outcome to thebusiness
• You are up to date on thelatest Digitalization trends and tools and continuously develop your knowledgeusing diverse resources
• You think analyticallyand rapidly learn complex topics, especially in the field of analysis,evaluation, and handling of structured and unstructured / multi-structured data
• Ideally, you have alreadyknowledge of the Finance function, its processes, and the Finance toollandscape
• You are proactive with ago-getter mentality focusing on sustainable business performance, you have ahigh level of team orientation, and are willing to share your knowledge with colleaguesand peers

The requirements :

• Master's degree orBachelor's degree with additional experience and qualifications required
• Minimum of 5 yearsexperience in related roles
• Advanced PC skills (MSTool Suite incl. PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerBI)
• Excellent communicationskills, written and oral.
• Demonstrated expertise inSAP and automation knowledge (RPAs, Windshuttle, Scripting, SAP developments)
• Willingness to travelexpected depending on project needs (not exceeding 20%)
