Payroll ProcessingResponsibilities :
- Process biweekly payrolls accurately and in atimely manner using ADP Workforce Now.
- Reviewand validate timecards overtime anddeductions.
- Ensure proper calculation andpayment of employee wages bonuses commissionsetc.
- Identify and recommend processimprovements to enhance payroll efficiency andaccuracy.
- Issuance of offcycle manual paymentsbased on payroll procedures and Staterequirements.
- Follows Corporate internalcontrols and utilizes the pre and post audits cycle checklists tomaintain compliance.
Collaboration :
- Work closely with HR plants and Financedepartments to ensure seamless payrolloperations.

BillingResponsibilities
Invoice Management :
- Generate and issue accurate invoices forservices / products rendered.
- Ensure invoices aredispatched on time and in accordance with companypolicies.
RecordKeeping :
- Maintainaccurate records of all billingtransactions.
- Prepare and yze billing reportsand statements as required.
Customer Service :
- Provide exceptional support to internalcustomers regarding billing inquiries andissues.
- Ensure customer internal satisfactionthrough prompt and professionalcommunication.
Compliance andReporting :
- Ensurebilling processes comply with company policies and relevantregulations.
