The Manager- Global Talent Acquisition will play a crucial role in analyzing open job positions and partnering with Pinkerton's HR teams worldwide, as well as field management, to address recruiting needs and challenges.
This role actively recruits for difficult or urgent openings to meet the organization's ambitious hiring timelines and serves as a subject matter expert (SME) regarding current and future in-house recruitment technologies and processes.
As a proactive and collaborative member of the Global Talent Acquisition team, the Manager aims to maintain the highest standards of excellence and integrity in every interaction and task.
This position can be based anywhere (remote) within Mountain, Central, and / or Eastern regions of the United States. Essential Functions : 1.
Represent Pinkerton's core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence. 2.
Partner with Pinkerton's Managing Director- Global Talent Acquisition to learn and consistently adopt Pinkerton's talent acquisition standards and processes. 3.
Analyze requisitions approaching 30 days old and provide recommendations to the Managing Director regarding strategies that will improve qualified candidate flow and shorten the time to fill. 4.
Build and maintain strong relationships with the region HR teams and field management to understand their specific recruitment needs and challenges. 5.
As directed, assist region HR teams with direct recruitment of hard-to-fill and / or urgent requisitions which will include active and passive candidate "hunting" through various social media platforms, resume databases, professional networking groups, university career sites, referrals, diversity job boards, and community organizations. 6.
With a sense of urgency and timeliness, review applicant tracking system (ATS) candidates and complete phone screens. 7.
Review created job descriptions and openings posted on Pinkerton's Careers page and guide HR teams regarding formatting and branding expectations. 8.
Serve as a SME for current and future in-house recruiting technologies and processes. 9.
Add new internal ATS users including HR and field management and request ATS training course assignments with Pinkerton's Learning & Development department. 10.
Troubleshoot ATS candidate and / or process issues and escalate, as needed, to the Managing Director and / or submit tickets. 11.
Review various weekly recruiting reports to ensure accuracy and communicate inconsistencies, potential recruiting challenges, and / or recommendations for improvement. 12.
Analyze recruiting data per region and / or globally to identify trends and provide recommendations that will advance Global TA efforts to educate, drive revenue, and promote Pinkerton's brand as an employer of choice and inclusion. 13.
Research, analyze, recommend, and assist in the implementation of new or revised standardized global processes while adhering to country / regional employment law requirements. 14.
Proactively seek opportunities to learn new tasks and / or take on additional responsibilities to increase knowledge and improve efficiency of the Global TA team. 15.
Manage replies to candidate inquiries made through Pinkerton's website. 16.
Assist in the completion of various recruitment-related administrative tasks. 17.
All other duties, as assigned. Education, Experience, and Certifications : Bachelor's degree with at least five years of global recruiting experience within a multinational corporation.
