After a brief 60-day probation period, you'll begin earning paid time off (PTO) that accumulates over time-reaching up to 11 days at 10 years of employment! During the holidays we rework our schedule so we can offer our employees 7 days off for Thanksgiving and 14 for Christmas.

ARE YOU THE STORMWATER COMPLIANCE TECHNICIAN OUR TEAM NEEDS?

  • Clean driving record and reliable transportation

WHAT TYPE OF WORK DO YOU PROVIDE?

As a Stormwater Compliance Technician, your work schedule follows a structured 7 days on, 7 days off rotation. During peak season, expect to work around 75-80 hours , and during off-season, approximately 60-70 hours .

Rest assured, you'll still receive payment for 80 hours , allowing you to plan ahead and enjoy your time off.

Imagine your typical day, driving a truck with a 16-24ft trailer, operating mowers and weed-eaters, and diligently inspecting stormwater infrastructure.

You'll play a vital role in maintaining retention ponds, drainage ditches, and other stormwater assets. Every day will present new challenges, but with the support of your team, you'll contribute to making a difference in your community.
