If you have basic computer skills (for inventory keeping, & Look-up) a passion for organization, at least 2 years of hi-lo experience (or be able to immediately demonstrate superior hi-lo skills with large or awkward objects) with possible warehouse or production experience - then this job is for you.

This Shipping & Receiving Warehouse Associate is a full time 40 hours a week plus minimal overtime as required. The hours will be typically 8 : 30am to 5 : 00pm with voluntary overtime available after training.

The job position is located in Troy, Michigan. Close to I-75 near 15-mile road and Stephenson Highway.

Your Life as a Shipping & Receiving - Warehouse Associate. Pulling and picking customer veneer orders, Loading and unloading of semi-trucks with hi-lo, basic to moderate inventory management over time, picking and packing orders up to 20-30 daily with moderate complexity.

Ability to pick and pull raw material from pallets for insertion into production stream while maintaining accurate inventory.

Job Qualifications Self-starter and Goal driven attitude. Minimum of 2 years of Production or Warehouse experience. Minimum of 2 years of Hi-lo experience, or demonstrate superior hi-lo skills.

Computer Skills - ability to maintain inventory and learn new computer software for inventory. Strong oral communication skills.

Customer Service manners. Adaptability. Strong attention to detail. Ability to work independently and with a team. Ability to learn many different machines safely and competently.

Ability to learn hundreds of different wood species and grades. Ability to lift a 60-70lbs box up about 4 to 5" without assistance on the weight scale.

Job Benefits

• Effective Hourly Rate of $19.00. Base rate of $18.00 / hour, plus $40 weekly attendance bonus for working 40 hours on the clock.
