What You'll Do :
- Oversee and optimize chemical manufacturing processes, ensuring the safe operation of equipment.
- Monitor chemical reactions, troubleshoot issues, and adjust process parameters to maintain product quality.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure compliance with cGMP and chemical hygiene procedures.
- Conduct safety inspections, maintain accurate documentation of batch records, and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance production efficiency.
- Use control systems to manage chemical processes and ensure adherence to safety and environmental protocols.
- Properly use PPE , including a full-face respirator or supplied air when necessary.
Required Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry , Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a chemical manufacturing environment, preferably within biotech or pharmaceutical industries.
- Knowledge and prior experience in a cGMP environment is highly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, safety, and quality in production processes.
