Are you someone with a strong background in spinal anatomy and video (endoscopy, arthroscopy, navigation) with a passion for medical education and training others on innovative technologies to improve patient care?
Coming from a background in interoperative sales with spine or orthopedic surgeon targets, you have been an asset to surgeons in providing a new treatment option or way of thinking about how to address a particular patient's pathology.
Perhaps you feel your current role leaves you feeling like you are just chasing a number with no real patient impact?
Responsible for the Western territory, traveling from a home base in Colorado (near a large airport), you will be traveling throughout the region to offer clinical support and training on an innovative technology platform to transform patient care standards within spine surgery.
You will work alongside the sales team to deliver training workshops, experiences, support first time users, and clinical evaluations for key surgeons, staff, and customers as well as developing the clinical knowledge of the sales team themselves.
This will require relationship building in clinical settings, OR access and familiarity, concise communication of anatomy, and knowledge of capital equipment within an OR setting.
This smaller company culture offers an extensive training program to familiarize you with all aspects of the company and garner a full understanding of the support system behind the scenes and a unique benefit of knowing the faces of the amazing team you work alongside on a day-to-day basis.
Does this sound like a good fit?
