About the Role :
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Personal Training Director to join our team at Anytime Fitness.
As a leader in the fitness industry, we are dedicated to helping our members achieve their health and fitness goals, and we are looking for a passionate individual to lead our personal training teams to success at our DuPont, Yelm, Spanaway, Milton and Gem Heights locations.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement personal training programs and initiatives
- Recruit, train, and mentor personal trainers
- Ensure high quality of personal training services and customer satisfaction
- Manage and monitor personal training revenue and expenses
- Collaborate with club managers to drive personal training sales and retention
Requirements :
- 5+ years of personal training experience
- Current personal training certification (e.g. NASM, ACE, ACSM)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proven track record of driving personal training sales
- Passion for helping others achieve their fitness goals
