Diesel Mechanic - Recycling - Base Salary to 62k / year - Dillon, SC
- Our client, a Metal Recycling Company is seeking an experienced and organized diesel technician / mechanic for their fully operational truck and heavy equipment shop in both Hemingway and Dillon, SC.
- In this role, the Diesel Mechanic will have knowledge of heavy equipment and have the ability to diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues on trucks and equipment.
This is a Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm position.
Responsibilities :
- Knowledge of heavy equipment and the ability to diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues on truck and equipment
- Responsibilities will include completing all fleet service and maintenance
- Small welding at times
Qualifications :
- Proven experience working with diesel engines and hydraulic systems
- Mechanic experience
- Experience working with heavy equipment and heavy trucks
Compensation :
- Base salary to 62k / year
