Description
- Process and produce weekly payroll including prevailing wage, certified preferred and union
- Review hourly rates, wages, and verify accuracy
- Responsible for processing garnishments, child support, leaves, etc
- Produce monthly month-end reports
- Assist with benefit open enrollment, compensation benefit rates, new hire information, and other HR related functions and duties
- Prepare weekly journal entries reports and spreadsheetsRequirements
Requirements
- Minimum High School Diploma; some college preferred
- 3-5 years of related payroll and HR experience
- ISolved software experience highly desired
- Bilingual Spanish is a plus
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication, in both written and spoken word
- Self-starter wit organizational and time management skills
