Responsibilities :
- Process semi-monthly payroll for all employees accurately and timely
- Maintain and update employee records in the payroll system
- Generate payroll reports for management review
- Ensure compliance with federal and state payroll regulations
- Assist employees with payroll-related inquiries and issues
Qualifications :
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Skills
- Experience in HR Management
- Experience in Payroll Processing - large company
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Bachelor's degree or graduation from a two-year college program in a related discipline is preferred but not required
- Are knowledgeable of GSuite (Google Docs) and have the technical aptitude to learn new systems
- A great conversationalist and email writer, with the ability to quickly build rapport and credibility
- Able to create and manage a detailed monthly newsletter
- Enjoy being in a dynamic job where no task is above or below you
