The Data Entry Clerk is responsible for ensuring data submitted for entry is processed correctly and efficiently in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
Candidate will need to be comfortable with possible workflow changes, flexibility is a must.

Job Responsibilities
- Works cross functionally with sales, customer success, and operations to provide a seamless experience from prospective customer to satisfied, lifetime customers.
- Maintains electronic databases for Fee for Service and Administrative Claiming programs, for both users and district data for claim submission.
- Ensures that all work and documentation meet departmental time, accuracy, and privacy standards.
- Recommends operational improvements and adheres to corporate-approved directives.
- Assists all departments with additional duties as requested or assigned. Leadership has the right to alter or modify the duties of the position.
Experience and Education
- Strong computer skills required, including typing and advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- A desire to provide high levels of service
- Extremely strong communication and organizational skills
- High energy, a positive attitude, and an ability to take initiative and problem solve
- Detail oriented
- 0-2 years’ experience required, prior experience in a service-oriented field desired
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 18 years of age
