Job Description :

We are seeking passionate and dedicated tutors to join our Sylvan Learning team. As a Sylvan Learning Tutor, you will work in a 3 : 1 learning environment with students to help them reach their academic goals. You will provide individualized instruction and create a positive learning environment that motivates students to achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide personalized tutoring in subjects such as Math, Reading, Writing, Study Skills, and Test Prep.
• Monitor and track student progress, so Directors can provide meaningful feedback to parents as needed.
• Foster a positive, encouraging, and supportive learning environment.
• Help students develop effective study habits and build academic confidence.
• Follow Sylvan’s proven programs and methods to deliver consistent results.
