THE VITAL ROLE YOU'LL HAVE

This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week on 1st shift.

As our Bilingual Human Resources Generalist, you'll be the go-to person for all things HR at our Sunland Park facility. You'll onboard new hires, process payroll for 250+ employees, handle employee relations, enforce attendance policies, oversee safety initiatives, manage temporary workforce invoicing, and support leadership with HR strategies. You'll also be a translator (English / Spanish) for meetings and documents, ensuring every team member is heard and informed.

From leading new hire orientations to coordinating employee events, you'll play a pivotal role in fostering a positive, engaging, and productive work environment. Your expertise will help ensure compliance with company policies, employment laws, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
