• Address and resolve employee relations issues, ensuring a positive work environment
• Oversee the entire recruitment process, helping our client attract and retain top talent
• Administer pay, benefits and leave of absence programs to support their team members
• Implement and enforce company policies and practices to uphold their organizational values
• Assist with various HR-related tasks as needed, contributing to our overall success
