Job Summary : The Travel Services Specialist will assist with various tasks related to corporate travel, consumer vacation bookings, advisor escalation issues and groups.
Must be eligible to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship.
Must be local to the South Florida Region and have the ability to work in office 3 days per week in Coral Springs.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to) :
Assist the Travel Services Manager with the following projects :
- Booking, coordinating, and communication of travel details for home office team members traveling to Cruise Planner events, shows, etc.
- Booking, coordinating and communication of vacation planning for clients and home office team member’s personal travel (when applicable)
- Ensure that all final details are shared with the traveling clients or home office team members
- Assisting the Escalations Manager with any needs regarding solving issues with suppliers, taking over bookings for advisors who are no longer able to service their clients (death, illness, abandonment, etc.)
- Assist with Cruise Planners Store merchandise when needed (counting inventory, helping with fulfillment of orders, etc.)
- Serve as a backup to assist with fulfillment of magazine gifts when needed
Assist Groups Sales Team with the following projects :
- Data entry of cruise line groups in our Cruise Planners proprietary CRM CP Maxx
- Assist with email inquiries if needed
- Final payment reminders to advisors
- Communication with Advisors to for movement of FIT to Group Transfers

Competencies :
- Attention to detail, focus and accuracy are critical in this fast-paced work environment.
- Strong organizational and critical thinking skills with ability to multi-task in a team environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills both internally and with external customers
- Proficiency with MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Proficiency with travel supplier portals, air booking systems and CRMs
- Strong written communication skills, excellent grammar, and command of the English language
- Self-Motivated, yet willing to take direction.
- No travel required for this position.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 2+ years of travel experience
